Quick survey...how many of you were snacking when you played this podcast? (Not you, Jeffrey Dahmer...) Junk food-we either love it, or we try our best to stay away from it. Whatever side of the fence you are on, JP's podcast is worth a listen. Granted, he might be one of the newer junk food podcasts, but my hunting has shown that there aren't too many current junk food pods out here in Podcastia. Plus, the guy let me show my hip hop style! (Okay, I confess-just looking to place some blame somewhere.) So glad he didn't allow me to breakdance or throw my hands in the air and wave 'em like I just don't care. Anyway, it was great talking with him, and I wish him well with this interesting new venture. Anything involving ketchup always gets my vote!

That's it for this week's Sherpa Sheet. Thanks for taking the show past 1000 listens. If you're willing to hear more, I'm more than willing to make more! Next week's theme...Happiness! (Which may or may not involve ketchup) We'll be with Dr. Lindsay Kallen Weisner of Neurotic Nourishment. What a great time we had! Listen next week to find out! #VivaLaSherpalution!
